Membership and Events
Membership in the NC Society of Certified Public Managers is for the calendar year starting January 1st and is prorated based on the quarter of the year. See below for the categories of membership and pricing.
NCSCPM® hosts an annual educational conference in the fall and periodic lunch and learn sessions throughout the year. Attendance at events is open to anyone with an interest in professionalism in public management.
Full membership for 1 year is $75
First time members pay a fee of $50 for the first year of membership (this can include current students or graduates of the CPM® program.)
Friends of the Society (persons who do no have the CPM® credential) is $50
Membership fees are prorated through September 1st. The annual membership drive is conducted from October 1 - December 31st.

The 2017 annual conference will be held December 8th at the NC Rural Center in Raleigh, NC area. Speakers include Julie Ingram from the Employee Assistance Program and Nancy Astrike from the Employee Relations Division. The program runs from 10-2 and lunch is provided. The annual business meeting will follow the program.
Current members - $20
Non-members - $25
The conference registration fee is waived for any current or new member that pays the 2018 membership fee by December 8th.

Lunch and Learn
The NCSCPM® hosts periodic Lunch and Learn sessions on topics of interest to public sector employees. Three were held this year and more are planned for 2018. Check back here for announcement of upcoming sessions. There is no registration fee but registration helps us plan for adequate space and other session logistics. The sessions are help in the greater Raleigh, NC area.
